Early Gold Pear

A hardy pear tree with white flowers in spring, good fall colour and oval shape; small high quality greenish fruit is good for fresh eating; self-pollinating but increased production with a pollinator; resistant to fireblight.  Early Gold Pear is a small tree that is commonly grown for its edible qualities. It produces chartreuse oblong pears  with hints of gold and white flesh which are usually ready for picking in early fall. The pears have a sweet taste and a crisp texture.
